Fill out the donor form. We'll verify your dairy is licensed to sell milk and located in one of our pickup zones.
We deliver a free freezer and collection pails to your farm. We'll walk you through the collection procedure (it takes about 5 minutes to learn).
After feeding your calves, place excess colostrum in SCCL pails and freeze immediately. We collect excess colostrum from first AND second milkings!
We pick up frozen colostrum from your farm and drop off fresh supplies as needed. You're paid weekly by direct deposit.
1. Collect the first milking using good sanitary procedures (the same procedures you use for milk going into your bulk tank)
2. Remove colostrum needed to feed your calves
3. Place excess colostrum in an SCCL pail (leave 3 inches of space at the top for expansion)
4. Put a lid on the pail and freeze immediately

We provide a dedicated freezer to ensure proper storage and logistics. Using the SCCL freezer is required.
